LUCAS BONASIO
Founder - President
Third-generation real estate investor, Lucas founded Bonasio Real Estate in 2013 fueled by his desire to develop quality and highly-profitable assets, bringing innovative solutions to the industry and becoming one of the leading players in this competitive market.

As an experienced real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in purchasing, renovating, developing and managing real estate assets, Lucas is responsible for the overall operation of the company, analyzing the feasibility of new investment opportunities, examining current market conditions and leading the purchasing process of new real estate assets from cost estimation to price negotiation and financing.
YARITZA BONASIO
Marketing & Purchasing Director
Yari is the creative brain behind Bonasio Real Estate's marketing campaigns, responsible for attracting new leads and being the main point-of-contact for distressed property and vacant land sellers.

Passionate about real estate and always on the lookout for new opportunities, she will find a gold nugget where few could, keeping her finger on the market's pulse at all times.

RONALDO MACIEL
Project Director
Ronaldo is a seasoned construction professional, with 20+ years of experience as a builder, having worked in a multitude of both residential and commercial projects.

At Bonasio RE, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects and phases of the construction process, managing sub-contractors and meeting with building officials and inspectors.
​
His personal commitment to each project is inspiring, with an incredible eye for detail, he ensures work is performed to the architect's specification and our standards of quality, while sticking to the project's budget and deadlines.
MAOLI RODRIGUEZ
Executive Assistant
Maoli is a vital asset in our team, being the liaison between the executive team and the large number of stakeholders involved in each of our projects, from subcontractors and suppliers to investors and city officials, she makes sure information is always transmitted accurately and on time.
Very detailed-oriented, she ensures the vision for each project is effectively shared across the board, while managing individual expectations and addressing any concerns along the way.
Always proactive and highly creative, Maoli has the ability to anticipate needs and provide timely solutions to the vast number of processes she is involved in.
